1. **All Sales Are Final**: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


2. **No Refunds**: We do not offer refunds for any reason, except in cases where the item is significantly damaged during shipment.


3. **Damage During Shipment**: If your rug arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, offer a resolution.


4. **Pre-Orders**: Pre-orders are treated as custom orders and are non-refundable. This policy applies to all pre-orders, regardless of the stage of production.


5. **Custom Orders**: Custom orders, including any special requests or modifications to existing designs, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.


6. **Production Time**: Due to the handmade nature of our products, production times can vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your unique rug. We do not offer refunds or cancellations based on production timeframes.
